Inside Sales Account Manager

The Inside Sales Account Manager’s primary function is to make outbound calls and emails to existing and potential clients. The representatives must clearly, accurately, professionally and consistently answer questions, take every opportunity to sell our services, and log and document each point of contact in the company database.

Job summary:
Develops and retains a quality residential client base of Real Estate Agents, Brokers, Lenders, Builders, Agents, Attorneys and others through the acquisition of new business and maintenance of existing customers. Account Managers interface with management, production, and escrow staff in carrying out the functions of the position. 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Cold call on prospective clients, via phone, email or any general communication method
  • Follow up on all prospective clients 
  • Log daily and weekly activity utilizing a CRM software
  • Teach and demonstrate our services and products utilizing numerous methods
  • Investigate and resolves customer service issues

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years sales experience in a related field or job function
  • Proficient in various CRMs and MS Office
  • Effective cold calling skills
  • Self sufficient and goal driven
  • Strong organizational skills and detailed oriented
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management ability
  • Clear and precise communication skills
  • Positive attitude displaying high morals and integrity
