Escrow Assistant in our Seattle Office!

We are a 100% locally owned and operated Title and Escrow Company looking to hire an experienced Escrow Assistant for our Seattle office.

The Escrow Assistant works directly with the closers to effectively and efficiently close purchase and refinance transactions. The Escrow Assistant is responsible for reviewing various escrow documents, ensuring accuracy in such documents and responding to inquiries from clients while maintaining and building relationships. We are seeking a qualified and experienced individual with the desire to grow and advance in the company.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in purchases, short sales and refinances. The ideal candidate must have a strong work ethic, good people skills and be comfortable with a paperless environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment but also independently
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to quickly learn and use new computer programs for day to day tasks

Education & Experience:

  • High School Graduate or Equivalent -- College degree preferred
  • 1-3 years Escrow Assistance experience
